whoa, it's been a long time.

it would appear that i've forgotten xanga even existed! had it not been for hannah being on here the other day when i walked by i'd probly still be in oblivion. . . .

things have changed in my life - i've moved, graduated from highschool (with honors at that! haha, ironic ;) ) passed my cosmetology boards, aquired a boyfriend (yes he is amazing), and i'm working 32 hours a week at a small cafe in town. i'm 18 and i'm torn between independance and my teddybear. why can't i have both?

and all around us life goes on.

hey.....wow it's been a while since i've been on here! kinda weird

has anything changed since october?? well probly...things have just gotten busier i guess. School keeps me stressed out most of the time with graduation only 5 months away!! homework and online classes have been messing with my head....and guess what, after break is over my cos teacher said we were all going to lose our heads and go crazy from jan 3. til may or whenever it is we take our state board. She was serious too. Never lies. Ah! lets not talk about that i still have 3 days left of bliss!! :)

Yep my life is school sleep and work basically in that order. I squeeze the fun in between naps and weekends :) Other news? we have been working on our new farmhouse basically since the end of october (well we as in my dad brother and mom mostly) and I'd say we'll be ready to move in pretty soon hopefully! having my sister and brother-in-law with us for the first few weeks was fun...now it's mostly just....well we're ready to have our own houses back!! or just period.

Christmas was goood :) i got a dooney and bourke purse which is basically just beautiful and really the only thing you need to hear about. I also go clothes and money but the purse basically overpowers all that! It went by really fast, i wasn't even ready for it and there was no snow. in fact it rained. depressing? yes...but i had my purse :)

um....? i'm a little tired. we had christmas with my mom's side of the family tonight and it was nice. I got beat at darts by my 8 yr old cousin Jeffrey, but def kicked his butt at air hockey, even after he cheated repeatedly. Had some yummy belgian waffles (grandmas recipe) nasty coffee with too much kahlua, and got out the old box of barbies that me and maria used to play with. Haha, talk about memories! it was a good time. Our barbies were still there the way we put them last time we played with them when we were like 8...all dressed up looking like they were going to a beach or a wedding and the ken dolls in one bed and the lady dolls in the other bed. Memory lane.....

well i thought i should update since it has been a little while...yeah i know what your thinking - "she must be so cool...she is so busy enjoying life and and being a freakin cool person that she doesn't even have time for trifling xanga posts anymore...." was i right or what? ha, well anyways....

So what have i been up to??

Work - I haven't been working that much, just tuesday and wednesdays, but it sure feels like a lot when i have to go there right after i get out of school. I had to work sun, tue, wed, and thur this week bc the bosses are out of town. (one of them is the in charge hostess who is there every single day basically bossing everone around) at first i was excited because i thought it would be a nice break but wrong!!! the last two nights have made me want to  quit life altogether! I had to work with two other hostesses, one that is new and doesn't know what she's doing and another one who has been there about as long as i have and thinks she knows what she's doing but really doesn't. And we were CRAZY busy! bleah, i don't mind taking charge once in a while...but this was a little much. I was basically doing everything by myself. bleaahhhhh

School - Had my first official client on thursday...I did a shampoo and rollerset and i got a 2$ tip so that was pretty sweet. I am basically drowning in cosmetology homework which makes it harder to keep up with my other homework which is also a little too much for my taste...needless to say i had a test yesterday and i most definitly got a very large D.

Life - I'm very tired and I don't do very many fun things anymore...just kidding!! I went to mall and midnight bowling last weekend with my best school friend and that was a lot of fun. Tonight I'm house sitting for jackie and ben while they are out of town, so me and maria are going to get some rallys and hang out and watch some movies til hannah gets off work. Tomorrow looks like the PERFECT day to sleep in...and after i get that taken care of I may go haunted housing if its not too cold. Life doesn't really suck...but it is pretty tiring right now. So, gotta go, talk to ya later
